Sri Krishna Janmastami & Srila Prabhupada's Vyasapuja Festival 2026

From Wednesday, 2nd until Sunday, 6th of September 2026

Dear Devotees and Friends, Hare Krishna!

Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana warmly invite you to Goloka Dhama for one of the most sacred and spiritually uplifting celebrations of the year: Sri Krishna Janmashtami — the divine appearance day of Lord Sri Krishna, together with the glorious celebration of the Vyasa Puja of our beloved Founder-Acarya, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.

From Wednesday, September 2nd until Sunday, September 6th, 2026, devotees from many countries will gather together for several days of transcendental association, Krishna-katha, ecstatic Kirtana, devotional service, and joyous celebration centered around Sri Krishna and His pure devotee — all performed in a mood of loving devotion, with the sole desire of bringing pleasure to Sri Krishna.

“Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, and whatever austerities you perform – do that, O son of Kunti, as an offering to Me.” (Bhagavad-gita, 9.27)

We are delighted to welcome His Holiness Sacinandana Swami and His Holiness Krishna Kshetra Swami as our honored guests for this year’s festival. Through their inspiring lectures, Krishna-katha, kirtana, and association, we hope to deepen our appreciation for devotional life and come closer to Sri Sri Radha Krishna.

Festival Dates:
Wednesday, September 2 – Opening (4:00 PM)
Thursday, September 3 – Adhivasa ceremony
Friday, September 4 – Sri Krishna Janmashtami
Saturday, September 5 – Vyasa Puja of HDG Srila Prabhupada
Sunday, September 6 – Sunday Feast & Departure (4:00 PM)
More festival schedule details and Kirtan guests will be announced soon.

IMPORTANT:
If you wish to join the festival, we sincerely request that you register online. Please note that meals will be distributed first to those who have registered online, and then to guests who arrive without registration. This helps us avoid wasting Prasadam (Vegetarian & Vegan food offered to the Lord) and ensures that everyone who registered for the event receives a meal.
Online registrations will open on July 15th. The registration link will be posted here below.
Please note that places in the Ashrams are limited, so staying in the Ashrams is based on a first come, first served system. Daily visitors are always welcome.

Festival Fees & Daily Meal Prices:
Save approximately 10% with early online registration and payment.
The Full Festival Pass offers the best value for guests wishing to participate in the complete festival experience. By registering and paying online in advance, you benefit from a discounted rate while helping us organize accommodation, meals, and festival services more efficiently.
The Festival Pass covers participation from Wednesday 2nd September dinner through Sunday 6th September lunch, including 12 vegetarian meals, flowers, decorations, utility costs, and festival expenses. Guests who prefer to attend only selected days or meals can choose from the individual options listed in the price schedule.
Children under 7 years participate free of charge. Children aged 7–14 receive a 50% discount on all festival and meal fees.
Please refer to the price list for detailed daily rates and meal options.

Birthday present for Krishna

If you wish to bring a present for Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana and still do not know what, here is a list of the things we need to purchase for the Deities kitchen:

Saffron, pure ghee, fine Basmati rice (not para-boiled) and unroasted nuts (pistachios, cashews, peanuts, etc.);

for Srimati Radharani: necklaces in one color (stone, glass or plastic pearls), 16 cm one side,

and for Madana Mohana, 35 cm one side; white plain textile handkerchiefs (no color, no embroidery) bigger size for Artik are also welcome.

Everyone is welcome to also write a short letter as a personal offering to the Deities and add to the gifts.

Your gifts will be offered in a special moment to Krishna on His birthday, where the Pujaris will accept the presents in the name of the Deities and bless the devotee with the lotus feet of Krishna.

Children and Teens:
Note: Children under the age of 8 must remain under the care and supervision of their parents at all times. This may mean that parents will need to miss certain parts of the program (such as lectures or meditations) in order to attend to their children. We kindly ask all participants to help maintain an atmosphere of silence, focus, and respect within the temple hall. For this reason, parents with small children may occasionally be asked to step outside during certain sessions if needed.
Parents remain fully responsible for the supervision, behavior, and safety of their children at all times throughout the entire festival.

Simultaneous translation:
We will provide simultaneous translation from English to Russian during the festival. Please remember to bring your smartphone and earphones, as the translation will be streamed via Telegram. More details and the link to join the group will be shared closer to the event. If you need German translation, please let us know by registering online: you will need to join the WA group (the link will be shared before the start of the festival).
