From Thursday, August 14, until Sunday, August 17, 2025
Dear Devotees and Friends,
We have the great pleasure to invite you for a very special celebration. This year, we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the installation of the German Yatra Deities, Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana.
For this very special occasion, we are inviting many senior devotees who have a long and deep relationship with these Deities, to come and share their hearts, their realizations, and their memories.
Srila Sacinandana Swami and HG Vaidyanath Prabhu have already confirmed their participation. Many other advanced devotees and disciples of Srila Prabhupada are cordially invited, and we are waiting for their confirmation.
It is often mentioned that the loving exchanges between the Lord and His devotees are extremely potent in attracting the living entities to pure devotional service, and we hope that this festival, will fulfil this ambition.
The festival will have philosophical parts with morning lectures based on Sambandha Tattva (which connect us with Radha Madana Mohan who are the Sambandha Adi-deva Deities), Kirtans, Kathas about the eternal pastimes of Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana and testimonial of devotees regarding the history of our Deities. We also plan to appreciate all devotees who have dedicated parts of their lives in Their service and to observe the evolution of the Deity worship throughout the years.
Everyone is most welcome to bring their hearts for the great celebration of this memorable festival.
Tentative Schedule:
Thursday, August 14: Arrival and opening of the festival
Friday, August 15: Celebration of the 50th anniversary and Adhivasa ceremony
Saturday, August 16: Sri Krishna Janmashtami festival
Sunday, August 17: Srila Prabhupada's Vyasa Puja ceremony
The detailed schedule of the program will be posted here in advance, shortly before the festival.

The registration link will be available and functional starting on July 4th, 2025, and will remain active until August 8th, 2025.
Please note that places in the asramas are limited, so staying in the ashrams is based on a first come, first served system. Daily visitors are always welcome.

Immediately after your registration, you will see an automatic confirmation. We do not send separate confirmations by email (if you do not see the email in a few minutes, check your “spam” folder). Please fill in every answer on the form and then CLICK the SUBMIT BUTTON for it to be processed (on the Summary page). Full payment (accommodation & festival fee) is required to confirm the booking of your accommodation on-site. If you book not on-site, we like to encourage you to pay the festival fee as soon as you have done your registration.
Daily visitors who stay outside are always welcome.
Especially for those of you who have booked accommodation on-site: if you are unable to attend the festival after registering, please make every effort to cancel your registration as soon as you know it (write to contact.golokadhama@gmail.com), because we can then give your place to another devotee.
