Sanga Mela 2025

Dear Devotees and Friends, Hare Krishna!
We are delighted to invite you to the Sanga Mela 2025 at Goloka Dhama, taking place from 29th December, 2025 to 1st January, 2026.

For more than 15 years, this festival has been a cherished tradition in Goloka Dhama, offering devotees a truly uplifting and transformative experience. Some of the highlights include:

1.    H.H. Sacinandana Swami, the heart and inspiration of this festival, will be returning from his pilgrimage in the Holy Dhama, eager to share his precious realizations and insights.
2.    The dates are especially auspicious, providing the perfect opportunity to take a new and meaningful step forward in our spiritual journey.
3.    In the midst of winter’s darkness and cold, the festival creates an atmosphere that is warm, joyful, and nourishing.
4.    The association of many wonderful and sincere devotees makes it a time of deep connection and spiritual enrichment.

Since many devotees enjoy extended holidays at this time of year, we will begin the celebrations already from the 27th of December with Kirtan and Kathas. H.H. Sacinandana Swami will join us on the 29th, marking the official start of the festival.

We are joyfully preparing to welcome you and to serve you during this special gathering, and we look forward to sharing these days of inspiration and devotion with you.

Tentative Schedule:  
Saturday, December 27: Evening Kirtan 
Sunday, December 28: Sunday feast, seminar and evening Kirtan 
Monday, December 29: Seminar, evening Kirtan, and the official opening of the festival with Srila Sacinandana Swami 
Tuesday, December 30: Katha and Kirtan 
Wednesday, December 31: Katha, Kirtan and Midnight Darshan Arati
Thursday, January 1: Ending of the festival and departure
The detailed schedule of the program will be posted here in advance, shortly before the festival.

If you wish to join the festival, we kindly ask you to register. This will help us to estimate as accurately as possible the number of guests we should prepare for. Online registration will open on November 10th, and from that date onward we will share the registration link.  

Please note that places in the Ashrams are limited, so staying in the Ashrams is based on a first come, first served system. Daily visitors who stay outside are always welcome.

Notice: 
Immediately after your registration, you will see an automatic confirmation. We do not send separate confirmations by email (if you do not see the email in a few minutes, check your “spam” folder). Please fill in every answer on the form and then CLICK the SUBMIT BUTTON for it to be processed (on the Summary page). Full payment (accommodation & festival fee) is required to confirm the booking of your accommodation on-site. If you book not on-site, we like to encourage you to pay the festival fee as soon as you have done your registration. 

Especially for those of you who have booked accommodation on-site: if you are unable to attend the festival after registering, please make every effort to cancel your registration as soon as you know it (write to contact.golokadhama@gmail.com), because we can then give your place to another devotee. 
  
We kindly ask you to pick up your wristband at the registration desk after your arrival and to pay on site (if not yet done earlier): cash & PayPal possible.

During festivals, the few guest rooms available are reserve for preachers, Kirtanyas, cooks etc… and we can only provide facilities in the Ashrams. Please note that places in the Ashrams are limited, so staying in the Ashrams is based on a first come, first served system. Only children above 12 years old are welcome in the Ashrams.

Programs for Children and Teens:
We are considering offering programs or activities for children and teens during the festival. To help us plan, please indicate on the online registration form (or write to contact.golokadhama@gmail.com) if you will be attending with children or teens. Note: Children under the age of 7 must remain under your care at all times. This typically means
you may need to miss certain parts of the event (e.g. lectures, meditations). We kindly ask all participants to support the atmosphere of silence and focus in the temple hall. For this reason, if you are with small children, you may be asked to step outside during certain sessions.

Simultaneous translation:
We will provide simultaneous translation from English to Russian during the festival. Please remember to bring your smartphone and earphones, as the translation will be streamed via Telegram. More details and the link to join the group will be shared closer to the event. If you need German translation, please let us know by writing to contact.golokadhama@gmail.com

In order to serve you by arranging pick up and drop off service, please fill up the "Temple Taxi" online form carefully (available from November 10th, 2025).
• Pick up from / Drop off to Neubrücke Nahe train station (8,00 € per trip) 
• Pick up from / Drop off to Hahn Airport (30,00 € up to 4 persons per trip + Parking fee) 
• Pick up from / Drop off to Luxembourg Airport (15,00 €/person up to 4 persons, min. 50,00 € per trip + Parking fee) 
To help us manage this event smoothly, please fill up this form by December 25th, 2025. 

Important:  
There will be no pick up or drop off to Frankfurt International (Main) Airport. 
There will be no pick up or drop off to Frankfurt-Hahn Airport or Luxembourg Airport AFTER 9:00 PM, and to Neubrücke (Nahe) train station AFTER 10:00 PM. If you are not able to find other solutions, please contact Bala Govinda Prabhu (WA/Telegram, +49 176 22831294) and discuss directly with him. 
If you are unable to attend the festival after registering, or you don't need anymore of the temple taxi service, please make every effort to cancel your taxi registration as soon as you know it.
